The sneaker resell market is an ever-growing industry and, with lots of money to be made, it seems as though everyone is trying to get a piece of the action specially this pandemic of Covid-19. Lots of resellers are poppin’ everywhere to “Cop” in order to find or add their resources for their daily needs.
Straight to the topic, I started as a Sneaker Reseller since June 2019 when I was broke and desperate where to find my “money” for my monthly bills after I resigned and my existing online business that time dropped in terms of sales. I was stressed and don’t know what to do. Then I remember my co-worker/friend which is a big reseller since 2014 on how he take profit from reselling shoes especially in Yeezy’s and Jordans.
Exactly 3am on June 6, 2019, I saw in Facebook that adidas will make an in-store release of Yeezy 350 V2 “Black Static”. Knowing nothing, I rushed in BGC to give a shot and when I arrive, I was shocked to the massive of people queuing for the release. I was already losing hope but at 6am, the queue was already messy I many people piled up in the entrance, leaving the seats empty. I was already exhausted and I sat in the bench for a couple of minutes but then BOOM, they will give numbers for those who are seated in the bench (very lucky). I got my 1st ever Yeezy for P11,500 and sold it for P28,000.
This is the only picture that I’ve got for the remembrance of my first try in Yeezy release:
That’s how I started in Sneaker reselling and the rest is history, making a profit that I am not expecting to have J.
I rarely take pictures of my reselling activities but here are some of my “copped” moments in the shoegame reselling.
