The Green Bay Packers moved to 2-1 on Sunday, as they defeated Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their home opener, 14-12. This was Aaron Rodgers' second-career win over Brady in five total contests, including playoffs, and their first matchup since the 2020 NFC Championship game. This game came down to the very final play. Brady led the Buccaneers 89 yards down the field to cut the deficit to two points with a touchdown pass to Russell Gage with just 14 seconds remaining. However, there was a miscommunication on the potential game-tying two-point conversion, and the Buccaneers drew a delay-of-game penalty. That cost them five yards, and Brady couldn't find Gage in the end zone to tie the game. Both star quarterbacks were missing multiple starting wide receivers, which explains the shortage of points scored. Rodgers completed 27 of 35 passes for 255 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, while Brady completed 31 of 42 passes for 271 yards and one touchdown. For the Packers, rookie Romeo Doubs stepped up at receiver, catching all eight of his targets for 73 yards and one touchdown. For Brady, Gage was his favorite target. He caught 12 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown, but also lost a fumble. This was a tale of two halves, as 17 of 26 total points were scored in the first two quarters. After Green Bay dominated the first half, this affair turned into a slugfest dominated by both defenses.

Unhappy Brady. There's nothing quite as eye-roll-inducing in sports as a protracted discussion of a player's "body language." That said, it didn't take a Ph.D. to see that Brady was not happy in the first half on Sunday, expressing his disgust on the field and then launching a Microsoft Surface Pro on the sideline. Let's put all the off-field gossip talk to the side for now. We've seen "Salty Brady" before, and it typically comes out when his offense is shooting itself in the foot. That happened time and time again in the first half. At halftime, the Buccaneers ran their streak of not scoring a point against the Saints' defense to six quarters and went 23 straight drives versus New Orleans' defense without a touchdown. It was still a 3-0 deficit at the break, just as it was in the Saints' 9-0 victory in Tampa last December. But Brady and the Bucs found a way, breaking out offensively with three major inactives (Julio Jones, Donovan Smith and Chris Godwin), Evans in the locker room and little run-game production to speak of. Brady also was wearing an oversized wrap on his hand, which seemed to bother him early in the game. He might not be quite as dangerous as he was at his peak, but Brady is one of the better win-without-your-best-stuff passers of all time.

BTS and NCT Dream have joined the final lineup of attending artists for the '2022 The Fact Music Awards', coming up next month. The two artists will be joining previously confirmed artists including The Boyz, ITZY, TOMORROW x TOGETHER, IVE, Stray Kids, (G)I-DLE, Kep1er, LE SSERAFIM, Hwang Chi Yeol, Kang Daniel, Kim Ho Joong, Young Tak, ATEEZ, TREASURE, TNX, NewJeans, Psy and Lim Young Woong. In the case of BTS, the group has thus far attended 'The Fact Music Awards' every year since the ceremony was instated in 2018. Former (G)I-DLE Member Soojin Decides Not To Proceed With Current Lawsuit! Soojin’s legal representative has made a statement announcing a close to the lawsuit against her school bullying allegations. On September 8, Soojin’s legal representative at Barun Law Firm stated that Soojin decided not to proceed with legal action going forward, judging by the circumstances that there is a limit to finding the truth through legal procedures as there is no other evidence to confirm the substantive facts other than the statements of the opposing parties. The representative emphasized the fact that back when she was still in middle school, Soojin was acquitted by the School Violence Committee that was investigating the case at the time.
