Once an instant sold out, the Yeezy line has experienced its share of ups and downs for the past couple of years now, with some styles selling out quickly and others sitting on shelves for days. And sneakerfanatics believe the hype surrounding the releases has undoubtedly transformed. Did the love we had for West’s sneakers died – NO. Yeezys are still expected to sell out even if not as quick as they did before. Kanye West have a vision that Yeezys will be more available to those who want them.
Beginning of year 2018, we saw the first mass-produces Style in the Yeezy line which is the restocked Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Triple White.” A week after it released on Sept. 21, there were still several sizes left. More sneakers available equals less hype. Sneakers were produced way more than they were before. The more limited, the more hype will be build. Produce more sneakers, and it lessens.
This month end though, Yeezy is making noise releasing a different approach to a very familiar silhouette. This submission of the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 takes a simple White color scheme. However, this release debuts a new technology in the upper, UV-sensitivity Primeknit. The stripe turns a darker color when in hit with sunlight, while the design on the upper turns soft Pink. The shoe has the pull tabs and uses a full-length Boost sole unit.
