Though the day has come and gone, August 8th’s annual “SNKRS Day” is a gift that keeps on giving — well, for Koreans, at least. Possibly due to lengthy delays, COVID restrains, or other first looks at the Korean-exclusive **Air Jordan 1 Low “SNKRS Day” **signifies the last of the lot for 2022.
Clad in a multi-material makeup, the pair looks to bone suedes, smooth nubucks, and tumbled leathers for the bulk of the build, with heritage finishes like exposed-foam tongues and gum rubber outsoles adding to the old-school appeal. Color-wise, the pair remains neutral, with stone greys and undyed suedes joining forces with white Swooshes, laces, liners, and midsoles. The pair is then struck with SNKRS Day branding (and Hangul lettering) on the sock liner, and Wings-branded insoles to round out the design.
