I hope that this would serve as a friendly reminder to us all, only buy your medications needs at retail drugstores never at sari-sari stores or the like. Fake drugs can do more harm on you. You might say that you can save couple of pennies by buying at non traditional drug retailers but you never know what is the composition of fake drugs or medication. PS I am a registered pharmacist.
