Haha. I didn’t know how the sneaker community has held these in regard since they dropped years ago.

They've essentially become a grail for a lot of people mainly due to the fact they're the first for its line, and despite releasing 3 times, is still one of the hardest shoes to acquire. The 700 was a shoe a lot of us had to learn to like and because of it, it helped us enjoy newer silhouettes. Congrats on your pair, OP. Wear it proud.

I copped from Yeezy Supply in 2018. The day after they arrived I got an email with a new tracking number. The next week a second pair showed up at my door after only paying for one. This happened to 3 of my mates at the same time
