Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GetNice Online Shop!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

**Eligibility for Refunds and **Returns

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The Buckle/GetNice Tag should still be attached to the item.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or items purchased during our events and releases cannot be returned or refunded.

The item must have a major flaw in order to qualify for a refund/return. Any returns will be subjected to the approval of our quality inspection team.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (getnicebusinessemail@getnice.today) and send your item to: (Uptown Mall, Tower 3 WeWork, GetNice Office).

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

Discount Tickets/Vouchers

Some exclusive limited edition items (mostly fall into the category of our Luxury products)

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Compensation Policy

Case 1. Shipping delay that not our fault such as bad weather, holidays etc.

Our customer service informs the buyer of the possible shipping delay and reason, but no compensation;

Case 2. Shipping delay because of getnice or shipping company or seller.


A.Delay within 5 days(Not including Case 1):****

If customer doesn’t want to refund and keep wait, we gave 2% of price cash(Max 400P) or a price of 4% voucher(Max 800p), this two choice;

If customer wants refund, we refund and give him a price of 2% voucher(Max 400p);

B.Delay over 5 days(Not including Case 1):****

If customer doesn’t want to refund and keep wait, we gave 4% of price cash(Max 800P) or a price of 8% voucher(Max 1600p), this two choice;

If customer wants refund, we refund and give him a price of 4% voucher(Max 800p);

Case 3. Flaws

Level A: Minor traces on box caused by shipping or Minor blemishes caused by factory workmanship;****

For level A,

we don’t allow any refund ,compensation or return;

Level B: Little damage on box or little flaw on products;****

For level B,

we don’t allow any refund, but we will a price of 3% voucher(Max 400p) as compensation;

Level C: Middle damage on box or middle flaw on products;****

For Level C,

If customer want to refund, we will refund and give a compensation of price of 4% voucher;

If customer agree to receive the product, we will give two choice as compensation:

4% of price cash(Max 800p) or a price of 8% voucher(Max 1600p);

Level D: Serious damage on box or serious flaw on products;****

For Level D,

We will refund and give customer two compensation choice:

5% of price cash(Max 1000p) or a price of 10% voucher(Max 2000p);

Case 4. Other Conditions

The compensation plan for other special circumstances shall be determined by our customer service through negotiation with the customer.

Note:

  1. We communicate with customer before determining the level of flaws;
  2. Getnice reserves the right to determine the level of defects;
  3. We will notify the customer before implementing the compensation plan;
  4. Getnice has the final right to interpret this policy
