After a (more than a) handful of collaborations, we finally have an original colorway confirmed to return in 2022, with the** Air Jordan 2 “Chicago”** set to hit shelves over the Holiday 2022 season.
According to reports, the 2022 reissue of the OG Air Jordan 2 “Chicago” will return to its original specifications, inclusive of the pair’s original boxing.
Expect to see a mix of premium white leather panels without the Black pipping, complete with perforations working around the midfoot and toe. Reptile-textured leathers will return to the profile just above the wide-reaching heel clips. The back-end boasts both black and red accents, while black liners, laces, and midsoles sandwich the pair. Underfoot, you can expect the same-old red, white, and black business, while red Wings branding at the tongue will complete the design.
