Being scammed is one of the worst things that can happen to a seller or a buyer. I was just starting my reselling "hobby" way back November 2019 when I availed a pre-order of the Paranoise 1.0. I ordered 2 pairs and settled the downpayment.
I did a rookie mistake by selling the pre-ordered pairs even though they were not on-hand yet (Yes, very stupid). Little did I know, I was dealing with a scammer. The deal got delayed for weeks and my buyers were running out of patience. That's when I really knew that I was getting scammed. In order to save my reputation and complete my transactions with my buyers, I ordered pairs from a resell store which cost me ALOT. My savings got depleted.
After that, I started flipping pairs till my capital was at around Php 40,000.00. Then around mid February 2020, all of my capital was stolen from our house while we were outside. So.... YES, I was at rock bottom. Again. Then I stopped for a while.
So HOW did I bounced back? I got my last chance when I had a payment from a project I did back in college. It was around php 12,000. Bought an air jordan 1 low court purple black and an air max ruohan wang around late September 2020
Luckily I closed a trade for both of those pairs for a yeezy 380 pepper, which I flipped for Php 14,500.
After that I bought a Jordan 1 high Sbb 3.0, that was my first sell on stockx. In a span of 3 months, I was just focused on copping pairs then flipping them fast locally or in StockX, I made around 40-50 sells on the platform and I grew my capital from Php 12,000 to around Php 100,000 before the year ended.

Yes, I may not have the best cops, the connections, the tools, but I'm still going strong until this day. Alot of L's with some occassional W's from day to day. Looking back, I never thought I would be able to recover from my losses more than a year ago.
